Due to the nature of research chemicals and to preserve chain-of-custody and product integrity,
all sales are final and products are non-returnable, except where a refund or replacement
is required by applicable law or expressly stated below.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery
at FuturisticScienceUSA@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and
packaging. If we confirm the issue, we will provide a replacement or refund of the affected
item(s).
Please do not discard the product or packaging until the claim is resolved.
Non-refundable situations
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Products that have been opened, used, or altered
- Change-of-mind requests after an order has shipped
- Orders refused or returned as undeliverable (see Shipping Policy)
- Issues reported after the claim window
Order verification & cancellations
We may delay or cancel any order if payment verification fails, fraud is suspected, or for
inventory or regulatory reasons. Verified cancellations are refunded to the original payment
method.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow the payment provider's
standard processing time for the funds to appear.
